Return Policy

• We accept cancellations and returns which will be replaced and not refunded.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for the exchange of items.
• In the event of cancellation of an order, request cancellation within 2 days of purchase.
• Also, in the event of cancellation, the items cannot be returned or exchanged when it is customized or personalized orders.

Conditions of return:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition. And has been used, damaged or the tag has been removed, the exchange/cancellation stands invalid.
