In the event a TUGS catalog product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, TUGS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TUGS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

Return Policy

• We accept cancellations and returns which will be replaced and not refunded.
• Alterations if any will be done at the storefront with charges applied for the same.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for the exchange of items.
• In the event of cancellation of an order, request cancellation within 2 days of purchase.
• Also, in the event of cancellation, the items cannot be returned or exchanged when it’s customized or personalized orders.

Conditions of Return:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition. And has been used, damaged or the tag has been removed, the exchange/cancellation stands invalid.
